Wanted Wanted - Old Rope and Old Buoys - I am one of the big cat keepers at the Isle of Wight Zoo (over the road) and I was wondering if your club would be able to help us with a bit of a strange request. We use a lot of natural fibre rope for our big cat enrichment and I was wondering if your members would be willing to consider donating any old, natural fibre rope once they no longer need it. We are also very grateful for any old buoys as they make great footballs for the cats and monkeys. These old materials would be used to make toys to enrich the lives of our animals, and would make a real difference. Please feel free to contact me (07888719874 or this email address), or the zoo (01983 403883), at any time if you are able to help.If you have anything you want to give away, why not put an advert here. |
